Returns & Exchanges

We will refund the purchase price (including the original shipping costs) of defective items within 14 days of purchase. We will also refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) of any non-opened items within 30 days of purchase. After this time, we will offer exchanges only in the form of store credit for non-opened items for up to 90 days. After 90 days, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Also, there will be no refunds or exchanges on custom label orders.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.

Shipping Policy

Items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Actual delivery time depends on the delivery method you select at the time of purchase.
